So, How does my service work?

Firstly I answer your initial enquiry, and any queries about ‘All Media Counselling’ free of charge.  I may request, again free of charge, further contact with you to complete an initial assessment.  If you feel you would like to continue I then forward you my terms and conditions.  This is a user friendly word document explaining in detail how our counselling relationship will work.  Once you have added your name, returned the document, counselling will begin.

Payment is negotiated on a session by session basis.

Telephone Online Counselling.  How does it work?

We meet online at a mutually agreed time and communicate via the computer in real time for 60 minutes.  Or, you telephone me at a mutually agreed time, for a 60 minute telephone counselling session.  I can use Skype to also enable savings on cost.  These sessions may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending upon your requirements.

Email Counselling

I offer you a single email counselling response, after initial assessment, for a negotiated and agreed fee.  A discounted rate can be obtained by paying in advance for multiples of 4 email counselling responses over an appropriate and agreed period of time.

Payment can be made by

  • BACS transfer - From your Online account to my Online account.
  • Credit/Debit Card - This is facilitated via PAY PAL, a secure method of payment requiring only the email address of purchaser and seller.

Regardless of where you live, your counselling with ‘All Media Counselling’ is, by legal definition, in the United Kingdom.  You have certain rights as a consumer and I have certain responsibilities and duties as a service provider.
