All Media Counselling’ can help you deal with issues such as : Career, self-esteem, relationships, bereavement, depression, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, sexuality, spirituality, trauma, abuse, anger, violence, workplace conflicts, bullying. Or you may simply be looking for a safe, neutral and reflective space outside of family, friends or workplace to clarify confused or unclear thoughts.
Why do you say Re-Training?
If you take up a new job, learn a new musical instrument, or even cook a new recipe they all involve some ‘Re-Training’ of your present skills and thinking. Counselling is similar. Clients I work with face new, different and often difficult situations. I have found most clients quite capable of dealing with these once skilfully 'Re-Trained'.
OK, so how does counselling do that?
Counselling is a skilled process. All Media Counselling will assist you in sharing thoughts and feelings about and around your presenting issue. This enables you to reflect upon, and see clearly the problem, the confusion, the experience and your feelings. Seeing clearly your experience, feelings, qualities, skills, and resources can enable choices to be available that previously you were not aware of.

What if I have a specific problem?
There are many specialised areas of Counselling such as Addiction, Phobia’s, Marriage guidance, working with children etc. ‘All Media Counselling’ may disuss with you referral to other specialised services during initial assessment.
